III. Performance Adjustment Plan

Increase softness (target Shore A 25-30):

 

Adjust the EVA/VA content to 33% and increase the SSBR dosage to 35 phr.

Increase the amount of foaming agent AC to 5.0phr and reduce the light calcium carbonate to 10 phr.

Enhanced wear resistance and deformation resistance (designed for high-strength outdoor applications):

 

Increase silica to 8phr and adjust DCP dosage to 1.0 phr.

The foaming ratio is controlled at 2.5-3 times to reduce voids and enhance structural strength.
